this happened a few times to me, I requested an article from SpringerNature (e.g. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-023-06993-7). The automatic completion of meta information via doi does not work for whatever reason (which I assume is part of what breaks the bot?), so you have to fill outthe information manually
However, the bot keep replying anyway, without attaching anything, lowering the chance that anyone actually provides you the requestes file to basically zero.
very annoying
