I want to report some bugs that the new file sharing system has. It is good that the upload is blocked once someone has contributed the paper in question. However, this function does not discriminate if the uploaded paper is the correct one, or even if a file has been uploaded, since sometimes it is the author himself who responds with text to the request without including any file, and it is still blocked in case you want to contribute that article. Therefore, as a regular uploader, I would like to see a return to the previous system and that in case there is any written response, it is still possible to share the requested paper.
