No uploaders for Oxford articles

I requested few oxford articles, but none of them were fulfilled. All other article requests were fulfilled. What to do about this?

Yeah that can be done, not sure how successful it would be. Oxford articles already have 30 points minimum. I think the main issue is that not many uploaders have access to oxford.
