I noticed that some members download their requested articles and do not click the Adopt button.
I suggest finding criteria to prevent them from starting a new thread before finishing the old answered threads.
I also suggest giving some trusted members the authority to finish the answered threads in case the main author did not finish them.
I have a question. Is it legal to answer incompleted requests e.g., without publication year or authors, .. etc?
