How do you actually post for help??

I don't understand how to ask for any article in this website. When I click "Post for Help" I get this screen:

And nothing else. If I hit "Enter" it goes to a page where it complains I didn't write a title. Of course I didn't, there is no input field for that!!!

What am I doing wrong? This is so confusing

In most cases, you only need to put the DOI into the search bar, then click "Quick Search", the system will automatically complete the rest of the information, and then click "New Reward" to successfully send ask for help. In a few cases, you need to fill in manually.

Oh, ok. I'll try it out next time I need something. Just as a general feedback, though, it is SO confusing that the "Post for Help" button is not what you click to actually post for help.

This is madness.

* I wrote the DOI into the search bar.
* There is no "Quick search" to click anywhere, just plain old "Search" (the blue button next to the input field)
* There was no automatic completion of the information. There is no "New Reward" button to be clicked anywhere.

I am absolutely stumped that so many people seem to be getting help from the site and I don't know how they do it!!

All these things you are pointing in the picture, they do not exist for me. They do not appear in my browser when I click the "post for help" button. It's NOT there. It's all empty - see the first picture I uploaded in this forum thread!!
